Reach and Engage Customers
Our social media solutions range from creating communities from branded social experiences around online video, mashups, music and images to custom short term initiatives like contests.
  • Social Media Communities
  • Social media communities are digital destinations that enable people with similar interests to share experiences and engage with each other.

For a business, a social media community is a digital home for the brand's community and its library of content, a channel for a business to listen to, engage with, and glean feedback from its customer base, and a platform to drive social media initiatives off of.

    Here are some sample sites:

      • Goretex Community
      • Gore-Tex, the outerwear comfort and protection manufacturer, wanted to build a branded community to connect its consumers online. Fans of Gore-Tex gear and extreme sports can talk about their interests and share photos and videos of their adventures on Gore-Tex’s website.

      • U2 Community
      • The official “Zootopia” fan community for U2 is where the band’s thousands of devotees join in discussions and share photos, videos and blog posts. In a special subscribers-only section of the community, the band lets their biggest fans know about advance ticket opportunities and fan club specials.

      • Shakira Community
      • The Shakira community allows her fans to engage by sharing photos, videos and blog posts as well as message boards.

  • Contests
  • Social media contests are a great way to drive viral traffic and draw attention to your brand while building content around the brand and activating your customer database. UGC contests also an excellent channel to glean valuable data on your audience including demographics, preferences and feedback.

    Here are some sample sites:
